The Exercise Place is a 24-hour access gym open to all ages with four locations in rural South Dakota and Minnesota.
The first Exercise Place opened in Garretson in the Fall of 2003. The main advantage of our business is location, as we strive to provide smaller towns with the exercise atmosphere of a much larger community. We provide a variety of cardio and resistance machines that are nearly new and well maintained, as well as free weight sets and areas.
The workout experience is enhanced through social interaction, televisions with Dish Network satellite service, music, and climate control.
Despite year round changes in schedules and the Midwest weather, The Exercise Place is ready to keep everyone "on top of their game" in fitness and health. "Use it or Lose it" all of our organs will benefit from the increased blood flow experienced during exercise. Physical exurtion is a proven method of preventing numerous diseases. Exercise is the best medicine known to mankind.

New members are given instruction on safe and proper use of all equipment. Continued training is also available at each of the locations through our trained personnel. To see specific information about each location, please utilize the links on the left.
