Since Heat-N-Glo Fireplaces (innovator of the first direct vent gas fireplaces created in 1987) is located just four and a half-hours from Sioux Falls, we are definitely in Heat-N-Glos home territory. Less conspicuously, we are also specialists on wood fireplaces and wood stoves. With our roots in the energy crisis of the late seventies, we are the oldest specialists on wood stoves in the area. Since our inception, thousands of wood stoves, wood fireplaces, and chimney systems have been purchased from us making our staff the most experienced in the region.
The energy crisis of the seventies and early eighties and the consequent new more efficient gas research and development lead us to bring Rinnai products to Sioux Falls, SD. Rinnai is the most technologically advanced gas appliance manufacturer in the world, we specialize in both Rinnai vent free and direct vent gas space heaters. These heaters are the epitome of efficiency. Customers in the Sioux Falls area have been using these high quality heaters for over 20 years.
As of 2001, Fireplace Professionals has seen revitalized interest in wood stoves and a new interest in corn stoves. Ironically we are able to use technology used and perfected on Quadrafire pellet stoves for corn burning. Quadrafire pellet stoves are nationally noted for their high quality and reliability. Due to low corn prices, expected high propane prices, and pellet shortages Quadrafire pellet stoves have been approved for burning corn giving South Dakota its own renewable alternative fuel!
The north central U.S. does have beautiful summers, with ideal weather for fishing and outdoor grilling. When we are not fishing on the Missouri River for walleyes, we offer gas grill replacement parts and premium, ultra high quality barbecues. Of course every single grill has to be tested by our staff.
