The events of life sometimes become difficult to manage. While each of us
has our own unique method of determining when it would be useful to seek
outside help, it is not always easy to trust our own judgement, especially when
we are under a great deal of stress. Relationship issues, financial issues, death,
illness and job changes can all create challenges in our lives that can make it
difficult for us to function in a normal manner. If any of the following statements
have been true for you lately you may be a candidate for outside professional help.

* You worry about your health and personal problems a great deal.
* You are tired, run down and have no energy.
* Others are expressing concern about how you are doing.
* You no longer find life enjoyable or satisfying.
* You are unable to eat and sleep normally.
