Midwest Construction and Development was started in August 1981 by Mark and Glennis Zarecky and incorporated in1985. Midwest Construction has grown to a leader in constructing quality buildings in the Pierre area. As a general construction firm we are involved in a variety of projects to include light industrial, commercial, multi-family, and custom homes. Employing concrete and framing crews and a full office staff, Midwest strives to meet the demand of today's construction clients. For design needs we utilize AutoCAD computer software and can assist with schematic and detail drawings. If your project requires architectural and engineering services we have teamed with those professionals to provide the complete design package.

We have been the local builder for American Buildings Company, a pre-engineered steel building manufacturer in the United States since 1991. Using the ABC system, we have built many commercial steel buildings in the Pierre area to include cold storage, shops, office buildings and mini-storage units.

Mark and Glennis strive to provide clients with a product of the highest quality and workmanship.
