While the Kenwood Manor Apartment is located in central Sioux Falls, and has direct access to 18th street, the complex is set far back from the main thoroughfare. No through streets make this an isolated island of quietness. Minimal local traffic means a relaxed atmosphere. No "hustle and bustle" found here like most other complexes.

Built to last. Established in 1950, our buildings are mainly concrete and steel construction throughout. Every wall, floor, and ceiling are constructed specifically with noise in mind. Sound transmission from apartment-to-apartment could not be any less. Since the complex has been around for over 50 years, the grounds are full of mature trees, and well established vegetation.
