Also, we recently sold 52 acres just west of Fort Pierre, SD, in two tracts. A 12-acre plot of undeveloped land with good road access sold for $3,588 per acre. An adjacent 40 acres with a small, but newer, two-bedroom home with attached garage $3,235 per acre.
